HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

All orders must be placed online. If you have any questions before placing your order, email us at concierge@bodydecorboutique.com. We are happy to assist you!

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of all orders. Your order will be shipped within 3 - 4  business days and you will receive a shipping notification via email. Your receipt will be sent electronically.

*Allow 7-14 business days for custom wholesale orders.

*For custom orders, the processing and shipping time varies per project. We will confirm this info before you place your order.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We can ship to virtually ANY address in the world. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

There are 2 options available for Domestic Shipping.

The 1st option is USPS First Class/Ground Advantage Shipping and it is $4.99 FLAT RATE, no matter the size of your order. It usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive once we ship the package (see order processing time above). You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email that will track your package from our front door to yours.

The 2nd option is USPS Priority Shipping and it is $12.99 FLAT RATE, no matter the size of your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days once we ship the package (see order processing time above). You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email that will track your package from our front door to yours.

Keep in mind due to matters beyond our control, once USPS receives the package, USPS may delay shipment due to package processing issues, weather, lack of manpower, etc. Once your package is marked DELIVERED by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. Also, if your shipping information is incorrect, we are not responsible for package.  Please contact your local USPS office with any questions you may have and provide them with your tracking number for package location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

There are 2 options available for International Shipping.

The 1st option is USPS First Class International Shipping and it is $25 and up, depending on the number of items your purchase. It usually takes 10-24 business days once we ship the package. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email that will track your package from our front door to yours for the following countries only: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania
Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.

The 2nd option is USPS Priority Shipping and it is $45 and up, depending on the number of items your purchase. It usually takes 6-10 business days once we ship the package. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email that will track your package from our front door to yours, no matter the location.

Keep in mind due to matters beyond our control, once USPS receives the package, USPS may delay shipment due to package processing issues, weather, lack of manpower, etc. We are NOT responsible for taxes and/or duties.

If the international shipping cost exceeds the amount you paid for shipping at the time of order placement, we will contact you in order for you to pay the difference. If you do not respond within 24 hours with your additional shipping payment, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for your order.

Please keep in mind ALL international orders can take longer for delivery because the package(s) have to clear customs so we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time stated above for each option. Once your package is marked DELIVERED by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact your local USPS office with any questions you may have and provide them with your tracking number for package location.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask any questions you may have before placing your order. Send an email to concierge@bodydecorboutique.com. We are happy to assist you! 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you place your order. If a package is mailed back to our corporate distribution center address, it will be donated to the shelter for battered women.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We follow all PCI-DSS e-commerce security requirements; therefore our site is secure so shop with ease.
